Pearson Vue | Technical Issue | Connectivity Failure: Tried to launch DP-700 exam on ***removed***, got network error

Tried to launch DP-700 exam on ***removed***, got network error (not enough upload ) for 45 mins, after that it's visible as no show. Complained to Pearson Vue but they only made a ticket and no response so far. My broadband is measured to have 200mbit download, 20mbit upload. Also the system test provided by Pearson Vue when you book worked always fine. But at launch exam time it failed with network error. All other things ok, but got stuck on this. The voucher has now expired after June21st since it was from AI Skills Fest.

For reference, a reliable and stable connection speed of 12 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up is required, and it's also recommended to test on a wired network than a wireless network. To avoid issues for your future exams, you may review the Technical tips and access the OnVUE Candidate Technical Requirements for additional details to prepare for your online exam. In case technical or connectivity issues are reoccurring, it's also recommended to take the exam through testing center.

Your message makes no sense at all. The private link you provide doesn't work. The other link is just photo. 4 days after Pearson Vue shambles I didn't yet get some comprehensible interaction with them either. My upload speed on internet was 20mbit but failed exam test upload. - You are referring to an additional request - "I would also appreciate if you could provide us the additional requested information through private message for me to locate your profile and to take further action. ", but you never specify what additional request you want.
