Pearson Vue : "Your Network does not meet the requirements" Issue ;

Hello,


I have logged in to test my system and log into the exam but i unfortunately can't due to the network requirements. Does this mean I lose my exam just like that? Can it be rescheduled so that i could arrange a better internet for the exam. I took several Azure certification exams from the same place and using the same internet.


Is there anyway Microsoft can help me reschedule my exam.


Just ran a speed test, why does Pearson Vue detect way less ?

Hi Lopez,

Thank you ! Please keep in mind that they asked me to reschedule but my exam, however it disappeared on the portal and i'm unable to reschedule. I opened another ticket to Pearson Vue to solve the matter. Let me know if you can assist with the rescheduling.

I appreciate your initiative in contacting Pearson VUE to report the incident with regards to connectivity issues, and now that you have a case ID created with them. Kindly provide the requested information, through the
private message I have initiated, so that I may assist you to follow up with Pearson VUE about your case and to look for other possible options to reschedule your exam. Once the information requested has been provided, I can forward your case to my support team, and we can expect a resolution within 3-5 business days.


Meanwhile, if you utilized a company discount to schedule your exam. I recommend contacting the ESI support team for assistance in rescheduling your exam, as they are the best team that supports ESI learners with their exam inquiries. You may refer to the private message I have initiated on how to contact the ESI team.

Also, now that the exam was missed due to an internet issue, the exam will no longer be available in your certification tab as it will be tagged as "No Show". The exam will need to be scheduled and may require a new payment.

Additionally, you may want to check the Pearson VUE technical requirements in order to prevent the same issue from happening in your future exams. You may visit our About online exams with Pearson VUE for the technical requirements and you may also check your system for compatibility.
