Meanwhile, if you utilized a company discount to schedule your exam. I recommend contacting the ESI support team for assistance in rescheduling your exam, as they are the best team that supports ESI learners with their exam inquiries. Also, now that the exam was missed due to an internet issue, the exam will no longer be available in your certification tab as it will be tagged as "No Show". The exam will need to be scheduled and may require a new payment.
