I had a bad experience today in taking the exam. I was able to get into the session 15 minutes before the exam. The queue was quite heavy so it takes a while before my computer was checked.
Upon entering to the exam, I received an error because im using our company laptop and it has a logmein rescue. I chat the exam proctor and he advised me to use a personal computer to login. Upon using a different computer, I was able to download another onvue session, however the exam code that I'm using was not working because it's on a different session.
I would like to ask if I can still use my current Microsoft registration since I was unable to use the access code provided. This is 1 minute before the exam date.
