Printing Certificates

I went to download a new certificate and noticed that they no longer match the ones I already have printed out. The new format looks really different and "cheap" in my opinion. Is there anyway to download in the old format so they could all match?

Hello, Houser456.

Welcome to Microsoft's Community.

We understand that your Certification looks different.

Please be informed that this is the new way to download your certificates and badges: View, use, and share certificates and badges | Microsoft Docs. To view your score reports: Exam scoring and score reports | Microsoft Docs.

We also understand that you want to visualize your Certification as they used to. However, this is a general change which applies to all customers and learners.

In this case, we can guide you to create feedback in Learn. To connect with their support line, which can only be reached through the forms in the bottom part of Microsoft Learn support. As they can review and provide a response to your comment.

With that said, we want you to know that we really appreciate that you contacted us and please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need further assistance in regards of your Certification Profile.

We look forward to hearing from you. If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.

Wishing you an excellent weekend,

Xilena Navarro.
