I had scheduled an exam for AZ-104 on March 11th and submitted my driving license as identification proof. However, the proctor raised an issue due to the lamination of the driving license card and requested a new ID. I then presented my Aadhar Card since I didn't have any other ID card such as PAN or Passport at that time. Despite this, the proctor insisted on waiting and raised a case to reschedule the exam.
I agreed to this and ended the call. According to Microsoft's official training support websites, Aadhar card is an acceptable form of identification, and there was no indication that a laminated ID would not be accepted. The Aadhar card I provided is directly issued by the Indian government. Since I scheduled the exam using a voucher, I would like to know the process for rescheduling the exam to a different date.
I sincerely believe this situation could be resolved with fairness and understanding, keeping a note that I did not get a chance to appear for my exam. I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling the exam without incurring additional charges. It is my fervent hope that we can reach a solution that is mutually beneficial and upholds the integrity of the examination process.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am more than willing to provide any further information or clarification needed to expedite this process. I eagerly await your prompt response and am hopeful for a positive resolution.
