Question regarding name standard with Swedish letters

We understand that you need to change the name on your Microsoft Profile; we are happy to assist you in this matter.

Keep in mind, In Microsoft Certification Profile it is better to do not include characters that are not part of the basic Latin alphabet. At the same time, please make sure you do not use any special characters in city/country/address such us æ, ø, å, ä, ö, etc…..

Make sure you do not use any special characters in the name / city / country / address such as: ă, â, á, é, í, î, ó, ẹ, ị, ọ, ụ, ã, ả, ẻ, ỉ, ỏ, ủ, ñ, č, ď, ě, í, ň, ř, š, ș, ş, ť, ț, ú, ů, ž and đ.

We would like to advise you about the updates made on PVUE and Microsoft Certifications, where all Candidates without last name can register the exam using underscore (_) as last name.

To proceed with your request, please fill this form: Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request Form and share with us your Ticket ID through a Private Message.

Please keep an eye as an email to confirm the new name format might be sent by the related team, if it is, then reply to it with any information they request.

For a Certificate to be valid and to be identified with the person presenting it, the requirement is that it be named as identified with your legal government ID.

Once you receive an update from the Legal Name Change department, please let us know to check if everything was solved.
