Hello, I attempted to sit my AI-900 exam this morning. I followed the directions, installed and ran the secure browser from PSI which successfully completed all checks. After clicking "continue" on the room scan I received a "Technical Error Oops We experienced a technical hiccup. Please close the browser and relaunch your exam. If this is not the first time you're seeing this error, please contact Technical Support."
I emailed PSI support but have not had any response or confirmation that my email went through.
The exam has disappeared from my Certifications dashboard.
How do I go about getting this resolved and receiving credit for the exam fee that I paid and was unable to take?
