Refund of Payment done to Pearson VUE

Hello Support Team,

I had Applied for Exam AZ 104 Azure Administrator on ***Removed*** but somehow, I couldn't clear the exam I want to retake the exam but when I called to Person VUE they told me to Repay for the same exam can you please help me for this.

To assist you better, please supply me with the requested information via the Private message that I initiated. This will allow me to check and verify your account. Since you already contacted Pearson VUE, kindly share your case ID number with me as well and I'll have it forwarded to our support team if further investigation is needed.

If you've used a company discount/voucher when you registered for the PL-300 exam, or if you're an active Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) learner who's part of an organization that is affiliated to ESI, you must reach out to the ESI support team to clear your inquiry, as they are the dedicated team that caters exam takers in regards with their exam issues with applied corporate discount. Please provide the case ID provided by the Pearson VUE team as they will coordinate to them. I've included their contact details on the private message.

Meanwhile, in accordance with the retake policy, if you're unable to meet the passing score for the exam and wanted to retake it, please be advised that a new payment is required as retake will count as a new registration process. In addition, for role-based, specialty, and fundamentals exams, you must wait 24 hours after your initial attempt before retaking it. After your second attempt. there will be a 14-day waiting period imposed between all subsequent attempts (up to 5). If you reach the annual limit of five retakes, you will become eligible to retake the test again 12 months from the date of your first attempt. 

Moreover, to ensure you are thoroughly prepared for an exam and to minimize the chance of needing to retake it, it's best to take advantage of the learning material online (study guides, watch video preparation, take practice assessment, etc.) Feel comfortable to read this article on how to Prepare for an Exam.

I understand there might be some confusion regarding the retake policy. To clarify, please note that a new payment is required if you plan to retake the exam, as this will be considered as a new exam registration.
