If you've used a company discount/voucher when you registered for the PL-300 exam, or if you're an active Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) learner who's part of an organization that is affiliated to ESI, you must reach out to the ESI support team to clear your inquiry, as they are the dedicated team that caters exam takers in regards with their exam issues with applied corporate discount. Please provide the case ID provided by the Pearson VUE team as they will coordinate to them. I've included their contact details on the private message.
Meanwhile, in accordance with the retake policy, if you're unable to meet the passing score for the exam and wanted to retake it, please be advised that a new payment is required as retake will count as a new registration process. In addition, for role-based, specialty, and fundamentals exams, you must wait 24 hours after your initial attempt before retaking it. After your second attempt. there will be a 14-day waiting period imposed between all subsequent attempts (up to 5). If you reach the annual limit of five retakes, you will become eligible to retake the test again 12 months from the date of your first attempt.
