On June 28, we introduced new certification sharing and verification features on the Microsoft Learn profile, providing learners with flexible options for viewing and sharing their Microsoft Certifications directly within Microsoft Learn.
After June 28, newly earned Microsoft Certifications are immediately viewable and shareable on your Learn profile and there is no longer a Credly claim process for most newly earned certifications**.
As of 9am, PST July 17th, the new Microsoft Learn certification sharing features are live for customers who earned their certification prior to June 28th. The "Share" button will now generate a link to a publicly shareable version of the learner's certification rather than to a general description.
Microsoft Certification Support Team
** Certifications earned through the exam delivery provider Certiport, such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE), will continue to use Credly services. Legacy or retired certifications will not receive an updated sharing experience. Credly badges or certifications outside of the Microsoft Certification program are not impacted.
