In order to find a solution regarding your request, we recommend you contact the Partner Support via this link Partner Center (microsoft.com), since they handle all the requests related with Partner, we can assure you they will provide you with specialized assistance and accurate answers to your inquiry.
To better assist you, we kindly invite you to check: How to link or unlink a Microsoft Certification profile ID (MCID) to a Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) account.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Bear in mind that if we do not receive a response, we will proceed to close and lock the case after one business day.

It's not deleting your certifications, once you earn them, they are yours and belong to you. What I am referring to is the association of my earned certifications to my previous employer. Microsoft Partners earn what used to be called competencies, or gold/silver standard in M365, Azure, etc. The more a partner has, thus enables them for further rewards, incentives, and opens up more possibilities with Microsoft.

Thanks, i will try Partner Support, I've tried the link and merge of Certification and learning profiles, but thats been hanging for a bit now.
