Renewal Badge not showing up on Credly

Hello,


I've recently renewed by certification and it reflects on the Microsoft website which is great. However, it doesn't reflect on Credly, where my certification badges are stored. How can I get either a new badge or update the current one.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you renewed your certificate, but your badge expiry date was not updated accordingly in your Credly account.

Please note that Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badging services provided by Credly are no longer available for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). For this reason, Microsoft Certification badges expiry dates on Credly are no longer updated automatically.

Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.

This being confirmed, our badges sharing article information has been updated with all of the necessary details regarding the new Microsoft Certification sharing experience:
