Currently, there is no update regarding the direct replacement for the MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging. At this time there is no specified plans from Microsoft, since no replacement details are specified on the Microsoft Learn Blog post for the MS-203 as the teams in charge are continuously working on producing updated content to satisfy the needs of the market and monitors industry trends to keep pace with changes in technology, resulting in the introduction, revision, or retirement of some exams.
Moreover, you may still consider other exams under the Microsoft 365 certifications, or other awesome certifications from the Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Security or browse credentials that best suits your needs.
