Request to transfer certication(MCID) from my personal email id to my work profile.

By mistake, I have scheduled the Microsoft cretification exam with my personal email id. Now I have paased the exam and the certification is linked to my personal profile. For communication I have linked the work profile correctly. Now could you please help me to transfer certification(MCID) to my work profile.

Hi, Sharath.

Thank you for your reply.

Please bear in mind that, per design, your Certification Profile must be associated with a personal Microsoft account (MSA) and cannot be associated with a work or school account (AAD).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to associate your Certification Profile with your work account, as it must be connected to a personal account.

However, you can connect your work account to your Learn profile by following the steps that we have shared on our first post in this thread. This will allow you to access your Learning dashboard using either your work or personal accounts.

For a more detailed guide on this matter, please visit the article: Manage your Microsoft Learn profile | Microsoft Learn

You can also connect your Certification Profile/Learning account to your organization in the Partner Center by following these steps.

We hope that this information helps resolve your concern. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.
