Scheduling the exam - crash

hi all, 

I have completed the 2 Azure fundamentals training days and am elidgable for the free exam

I receveid the below email - when I click the 'click to view exam details' link it takes me to an info page with only 3 links to 3rd party sites (Vue, pearson and a student one)

Once you have completed both Part 1 and Part 2 of this training, you are eligible to take the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification exam at no cost. How to schedule your exam:

  • Five business days after the event has concluded, click to view the exam details
  • Click the Schedule Exam button to begin the online registration process
  • Sign in or create a Certification Profile
  • Navigate to the exam discounts page and enter the email address you registered for the event with. You must link your account to receive the discount
  • For any issues with your exam redemption, please open a case with Certification Support

When I click the Vue link, I get a 'we cannot access your Microsoft account information please log a support call' message.

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
  • Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
  • Clear all cache and cookies
  • Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

Hi,

 

We have started a voucher-less process from July 13th 2020.

 

After completion of the training, you can redeem the exam discount after 5 business days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday).

 

Here are the steps to redeem the discount.

 

Close all open browsers and open a new Edge browser. Click on this link - and select the exam to schedule https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/az-900

 

1.       Click on Schedule with Pearson VUE

2.       Sign in to Certification Dashboard using the personnel email account. If you do not have account, follow the steps to create one (Use personnel email and not the work email to create the certification profile).

3.       On your Microsoft Certification profile make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), Save the Profile and continue.

4.       Check your eligibility by entering the email account you used to register for the event

5.       Click Schedule exam

6.       Select How do you want to take your exam (Local test center, home/office)

7.       Select exam date and time and Proceed to Checkout

thanks, this wasnt the issue, however having retried the process today it is no longer crashing,
