Simulation Labs on AI-100 Unusable

Hello Support...

Last week I sat for the AI-100 exam at a Pearson Vue testing center and I had completed all of the question \ answer section and when it came time for the simulation \ lab portion of the exam it was unusable.  I was either able to perform the operation and when I moved to the next question the simulation work disappeared or the Azure environment has hung and it kept asking me to log back in.

The testing center techs opened a support case \ ticket to resolve the issue and it did not get resolved while I was there.  As a result none of the simulation questions were applied to my test score and I failed the exam.

Please advise on what my recourse is for this issue.
