Some Certificates not visable in Partner Portal

Hi,

I have some AZ- Certificates, that are not visable in the Partner Portal, but in my owm profiele they are visable.

My MCID's are recently merged, but the Certificates are still not visable in the Partnet portal.

As we understand from your post, you cannot see some Certifications on your Partner Portal. We will be happy to assist you. 

In order to find a solution regarding your request, we recommend you contact the Partner Support via this link Partner Center (microsoft.com), since they handle all the requests related with Partner, we can assure you they will provide you with specialized assistance and accurate answers to your inquiry. 

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Bear in mind that if we do not receive a response, we will proceed to close and lock the case after one business day.

Hi,

We started there, but they said the following:

In case users in your organization have any of the certifications mentioned above but they're not showing on the reports, I will ask you kindly to contact Credentials Support, since issues related to missing certifications from the MS Learning Account Transcript are out of our Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Support and need to be addressed with our colleagues from Microsoft Credentials/Learning Support

So how to proceed ?
