Currently, the Certification Learning Path for SQL is the Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate - Learn | Microsoft Docs

You can get this Certification by passing Exam DP-300: Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure

In the Certification page, you can scroll down and you will find Free-modules to get prepared for the Exam.
