Successfully finished my Microsoft exam, but now at the credentials page it shows a different time

Hello! Recently I finished one of my exams, MB-910 to be precise. I noticed that last time when I got my MB-920 certification it took a while to receive confirmation and congratulation emails, so I waited a while. Got a little impatient and went to the Microsoft learn website, clicked on the Credentials page, went to the certifications and saw that my exam appointment is going to be at 15:00 my time. Keep in mind that I already successfully finished my exam, which was appointed at 10:00 my time, the time I actually choose. :)

Congratulations on completing your MB-910 exam! I understand your concern about the timing on the Credentials page and confirmation email. I know how significant it is to access your exam result as it is your proof of achievement. Allow me to provide you with information concerning this.

For us to locate and verify your profile, kindly send us the requested information through a private message or us to check options and recommendations.

Typically, the score report should be accessible on your dashboard within 24 hours of completing the exam. You may follow the steps on How to access your score report page for the exam results. As an alternative, I recommend trying to access this link where you will be routed directly to the Pearson VUE dashboard.

Please allow the page to load as it may take time and sign in using the email address associated to your profile. Once you're on the Pearson VUE dashboard, please select "View score reports" (refer to the image below). From there you will have the option to download your score result.

Meanwhile, if you are still unable to view your exam results, you may provide me with a step-by-step screenshot of the whole process, starting from your Microsoft Learn homepage until the part where you are getting an error, using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC devices) and send it through the private message I initiated. This will allow me to investigate your error further and provide options and recommendations.

Note that the certification dashboard follows the UTC time zone, while Pearson VUE is in your local time zone. You just need to take note that the correct exam time is the one displayed on your Pearson VUE dashboard or through the email you received from the provider.
