Typically, the score report should be accessible on your dashboard within 24 hours of completing the exam. You may follow the steps on How to access your score report page for the exam results. As an alternative, I recommend trying to access this link where you will be routed directly to the Pearson VUE dashboard.
Please allow the page to load as it may take time and sign in using the email address associated to your profile. Once you're on the Pearson VUE dashboard, please select "View score reports" (refer to the image below). From there you will have the option to download your score result.

Meanwhile, if you are still unable to view your exam results, you may provide me with a step-by-step screenshot of the whole process, starting from your Microsoft Learn homepage until the part where you are getting an error, using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC devices) and send it through the private message I initiated.
