As we understand from your post, you are having issues with The Partner Portal.
After reviewing, we can confirm that your inquiry is not an issue from Microsoft Certification Profile. Please note that we have limited access to the Microsoft Partner Network platform, as we provide support only for the Microsoft Certification platform (MSA).
In order to find a solution regarding your request, we recommend you contact the Partner Support via this link Partner Center (microsoft.com), since they handle all the requests related with Partner, we can assure you they will provide you with specialized assistance and accurate answers to your inquiry.
To better assist you, we kindly invite you to check: How to link or unlink a Microsoft Certification profile ID (MCID) to a Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) account.
We would be grateful for your response. In case we do not receive an answer within two business days, the thread will be closed and locked and you will not be able to reply through either channel.
