Technical issue with online PSI exam - DA-100

Hi team,

This is to inform you that, I had an exam on 28/12/2021 of DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI,  and I was unable to give the exam due to some technical issue. I had a very strong internet and all of my other applications were working fine but I got an issue with the test. I was not able to pass my audio test even though everything was fine from my end. I regret to say that this was a very poor experience. 


I kindly request you to reschedule my exam as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear that you encountered issues in discontinuing applications in your device prior to your exam which resulted in you not being able to take your exam. Let's see what I can do to help the situation.

As this is considered a technical issue and in order to fully address this, you will need to file an incident report at your exam delivery provider that includes the details of what you have experienced for them to take action.

They can assist you in technical issues encountered before, during, or after your exam. Their team also provides assistance in rescheduling, cancellation, or any modification request for exam appointment providers including identifying seats available.

I'm asking for your patience as responses are slower than normal due to COVID-19. It might take up to 48 business hours for their support to respond.    

If in case that your exam vendor is still unresponsive after raising and filing a report with them, and has your Case ID already, the next step I am going to do is to escalate this to our Support Team.   

Just revert to us together with the actual copy of the confirmation email received when you registered for this exam, and invoice email along with your profile information.
