Unable to Access AZ-104 Certification on Microsoft Learn Portal

I appeared for the AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification exam on ****. While I have received my scorecard, I am currently unable to view or download my certificate from the Microsoft Learn dashboard.

Here are my exam details for your reference:

I have also attached a screenshot of my scorecard, which includes my Candidate ID and Name.

Could you please assist me in retrieving my certificate or advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?

Based on your inquiry, we understand you are missing the Certification for Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
