Unable to Create Microsoft developer account. Setup issue: Microsoft 365 E5 sandbox

Facing issue while trying to add phone number for Security while trying to set up E5 subscription. This issue occurs when I click "Send code" Button after adding my contry code and Phone Number.


It shows following error message:

  • Your phone number did not pass security checks.

```
