Unable to Reset Password and Access Account

I am trying to renew my certifications but I am unable to access my account as I have forgotten my password.

I have already tried the following steps:

  • Clicked on the "Forgot Password" link, but I did not receive any verification code on my mobile.

  • Filled out the account recovery form, but that did not resolve the issue.

I would appreciate your assistance in resetting my password or helping me regain access to my account as soon as possible.

Based on your statement, we understand that you want to recover access to your Microsoft Account. We are glad to assist you.

Microsoft Learn doesn't manage Learn profiles on behalf of users. Online authentication via a Microsoft account (MSA or Microsoft Entra ID) is the only method to verify ownership and access a Learn profile. If you have lost access to the account associated with your Learn profile and no longer have access to your Learn profile, you'll have to recover the authentication account through its recovery process to regain access to your Learn profile.

I have already taken the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Clicked on the "Forgot Password" link, but did not receive a verification code on my mobile device.

  • Completed and submitted the account recovery form, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue.

Despite these attempts, I am still unable to regain access to my account. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in either resetting my password or helping me recover my account as soon as possible.

Please let me know if any additional information or verification is needed from my side to proceed.
