Wanting to learn AI unsure where to start

Hello! I am an artist but actually love ai and want to learn how to work with more prompt engineering and possibly helping others with learning ai. Though I do not have any formal computer technical or programming training I am willing to learn and am teachable. I've been watching ai videos on my own free time, have subscribed to the payment account for Leonardo ai and use Bing ai as well.

While many in the art community seem very afraid and angry, I'm one of the eager artisans who sees the miracle tool that ai is and am not afraid of using it. It would be wonderful to be one of the artisan pioneers that can help people become more accustomed to integrating the wonders of ai into their daily lives and help other artists with their businesses and artistic creation process. How can I be involved with helping ai learn? I find that fascinating as well!

How can I get started? What would be the best classes for me to learn and are there actual opportunities that I can get employment in a paying career when I finish with this lean toward artisan prompt engineering?

Thank you so much!

Hi, Karena.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

As we understand from your post, you would like to know which online courses would be best to kickstart your career as a prompt engineer. We are happy to help!

There are currently 182 Learning paths available in the Microsoft Learn platform focused on Data and AI. However, all learning materials available on our platform are related to Microsoft products, such as Azure and Power BI.

Although two of our current Certifications handle topics related to Artificial Intelligence, the focus of these Certifications is its use within the Azure environment, rather than the creation of art through prompt engineering.

The learning materials available on the Microsoft Learn platform are completely free of cost, as the goal of this platform is to help users develop new skills and become proficient in our technologies.

To browse all available Modules and Learning Paths, please visit: Browse all - Learn | Microsoft Docs.

Through the URL above, you can view all available learning paths and modules, as well as filter the learning materials according to your professional focus depending on their product, role, level, and subject.

Keep in mind that these resources are focused on Microsoft products, which may not be what you are looking for right now.
