Where can I find my 10 years old Microsoft certification MCP & MCTS

Transcript ID - >removed<

MCP ID - >removed<

old email - >removed<

I did 2 Microsoft certifications 10 years back for ASP.Net Applications (MCP) & Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 (MCTS). Are these still valid ? Where I can I find these certifications ? I want to merge and see all of them in this single Microsoft account (>removed< ). What is the procedure for that ?

Right now I have 2 different Microsoft ID as mentioned below. Old one I can not see anywhere on Microsoft website. Please help to merge both of them

New MCID : >removed< (2 certificates for exam DP-900 & DP-203) - Visible on Account - >removed<

Old MCP ID : >removed< (2 certificates for exam 70-536 & 70-562) - Not Visible on Account - >removed<

I am attaching old transcript screenshot as well here. Please guide further.
