Where to check my result for PL-900 exam? Access to the score card or result

It has been more than 48 hours since I passed my exam for PL-900, but still, I cannot get access to the scorecard or transcript. Can someone add the path or guide me on the process to access the score card etc? I have tried under https://learn.microsoft.com/ , but its of no use

Usually, it only takes 24 hours after you finish the exam for your score result to be reflected in your profile, kindly make sure that use your email address that you registered when you take the exam in accessing your Learn profile to see your score report, and if you did not receive the congratulatory email in your inbox, kindly consider checking your spam and junk folders as sometimes emails are routed to those folders.

To successfully access your score report for your exam, kindly follow the steps provided below (including the trouble shooting steps to make sure that there will be no browser related issue.

  1. Update your browser to the latest version. 

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies. 

  3. Restart your browser and launch an In Private or Incognito browser. 

  4. Sign into Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you used to schedule your exam. 

  5. Proceed with the steps on How to Access Your Score Report | Microsoft Learn.

Alternatively, you may access this link where you will be redirected to Pearson VUE dashboard to see your exam history and score report. Please allow the page to load as it may take a few minutes and you may need to sign in using the associated personal Microsoft account. Once you are on the Pearson VUE dashboard, please select "View score reports.

If in any case, you are still unable to locate your score result. For us to further investigate, kindly provide me with a step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) throughout the entire process, starting from the sign-in page up until the error page through the private message I have initiated along the requested information. This will allow us to locate your account and provide options.
