Will my voucher be available if PearsonVUE cancelled my Microsoft certification exam

Below is my scenario.

I scheduled my AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals for NOV 16 10:45 PM EST through Pearson VUE. I used voucher provided by my company(voucher applied automatically using User id) which covered my registration fee. Unfortunately Pearson VUE scheduled my Exam to 10:45 PM IST instead of EST. 

I missed my exam because of the issue. I contacted PearsonVUE and they are ready to cancel and reschedule my exam. Before cancelling they need a confirmation from Microsoft on whether the voucher that i used for my exam registration will be again available once the exam is cancelled?

Please let me know if the voucher can be reused once PearsonVUE cancels my exam so that i can reuse the voucher again for rescheduling.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am afraid that once the voucher is used, it can not be reused again, you need to cancel the exam prior 24hrs to reuse the voucher.

If you are unable to reschedule, please contact your program-specific customer service team for assistance. 

Please note, due to COVID-19, it may take longer than normal for Pearson VUE support to respond (up to five days or more).
