I completed my Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification in *** and due to COVID-19 the expiry date of this certification was extended to ***.
In *** I received an email stating that my certification would expire in the next six months and was able to be renewed. This certification was renewed in *** and the expiry date of my certification was extended to *** that was reflected in my updated certification transcript.
Today (***) I received an email stating that my certification was going to expire within 30 days and that I needed to renew it. I also noticed that the expiry date of my Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification on my transcript had reverted back to *** from November ***.
I have now renewed the certification for the second time in six months but do not understand why the original renewal has been removed from my transcript.
Can someone please explain what has happened here and how I get this situation resolved.
