Pearson VUE test score issues

I've passed AZ-104, and the Pearson VUE exam status still "Purchased", I've no evidence that I've passed the exam no email, no history, nothing at all.


even yesterday, there was an error in the Pearson VUE during the Check-in and they said, something wrong happened, I opened a case but till now no one replied and I lost the exam payment due to their error, and their customer service is the worst ever, they don't reply at all.
